Business Meetings and Conferences

Canal Lake Lodge is about as private as you can get and has a relaxed atmosphere for your business meeting or training sessions. It's almost a mile off of the road, surrounded by trees, farmland, and a private lake. Our professional staff will oversee every aspect of your event, from parking to refreshments. Available equipment includes a projection screen, a wireless ready television* with DVD/Blu-Ray, and flip charts. The largest meeting room can accommodate up to 30 in a classroom stlye, 50 theater-style, or outside lakeside amphitheater with bench seating of 150. At the Lodge you are welcome to fish, boat or play volleyball during your breaks. Many groups stay on through the evening with informal get-togethers (additional costs will apply).

*The lodge is not wired for Wi-Fi, however you may connect using your phone's hotspot capabilities.

Off-site meeting, 8 hours or 4 hrs + lunch $300.00*
Off-site meeting, 4 hours (no lunch) $250.00*
Lunch meeting, 2 hours $200.00*
Breakfast Meeting, 2 hours $200.00*
Board Meeting, 2 hours $200.00*
Coffee, tea, juice, coffee cake, fruit, yogurt, (per person – includes 15% gratuity) $7.90
Coffee, tea, juice scrambled eggs, toast, breakfast meats, bagels cream cheese (per person – includes 15% gratuity) $12.00
Sodas and snacks (PM) (per person) $4.50
Coffee, tea, punch, and cookies (per person) $5.50
Flip charts/per day $15.00

*Prices are valid Monday through Friday, between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.
*List of caterers provided upon request or we can arrange catered lunches.
*Although GreatStone Castle and Canal Lake Lodge are smoke free, smoking is permitted outside of the buildings.
